Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any gcup4 service. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any gcup4 product. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
Each player is permitted one gcup4 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected linked to the same person, gcup4 reserves the right to merge balances, void bonuses, and close duplicate registrations.
All gcup4 bonuses carry stated wagering requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn before the applicable turnover condition is met. Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means will be voided along with any associated winnings.

gcup4 may require documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement under our international gaming authority licence obligations.
Use of automated betting systems, collusion, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. gcup4 employs active monitoring and will report confirmed fraud to relevant authorities.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the gcup4 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on the gcup4 Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gcup4 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
2.3 If you are accessing the gcup4 Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that third party.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a gcup4 Account and to access any real-money gaming products. gcup4 strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using gcup4's services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. gcup4 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
3.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You further agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each Player is entitled to hold only one gcup4 Account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. gcup4 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets or bonuses associated with them.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gcup4 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You agree to notify gcup4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.1 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your gcup4 Account, including all bets and wagers placed, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
4.2 You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account. Sharing login credentials is a breach of these Terms.
4.3 You agree to keep your contact details — including your registered email address and mobile number — current and accurate. gcup4 communicates important account notifications, including security alerts and KYC requests, through registered contact channels.
4.4 gcup4 may, at its sole discretion, request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal functionality.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gcup4 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.2 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your gcup4 balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes during standard banking hours.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawal processing. gcup4 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
5.4 Withdrawal Timelines. gcup4 targets withdrawal processing within twenty-four (24) hours of approval for standard requests. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional KYC review is required.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the gcup4 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction; any conversion fees are borne by the Player.
5.6 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. gcup4 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee in accordance with its applicable dormant account policy.
6.1 gcup4 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the bonus or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. gcup4 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be withheld or clawed back where gcup4 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is abusing the promotional system.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without notice.
6.5 Fraudulent Bonus Claims. Any attempt to claim bonuses through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of false information, coordinated play, or any other deceptive means will result in immediate disqualification, Account suspension, and forfeiture of all associated funds.
7.1 Each gcup4 product category — including Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and Fisher Game — operates under specific game rules published within the respective product area of the Platform. These game-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the gcup4 Platform are subject to acceptance by gcup4. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued. gcup4 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its sole discretion.
7.3 Errors & Technical Faults. In the event of a pricing or odds error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrectly stated price or game outcome, gcup4 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the stake. gcup4 shall not be liable for any losses or costs incurred by a Player as a result of such errors or faults.
7.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all gcup4 products and are displayed at the point of bet placement. gcup4 may adjust stake limits at any time and without notice.
7.5 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets are subject to gcup4's Sportsbook Rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, postponement procedures, and dispute resolution for all sports markets including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international fixtures), UFC, basketball, and other covered sports.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gcup4 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:
9.1 All content on the gcup4 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation of such content — is the property of gcup4 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of gcup4.
10.1 The gcup4 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gcup4 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 gcup4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if gcup4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 gcup4's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit gcup4's liability for death or personal injury caused by gcup4's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 gcup4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. The Platform offers tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 21+ Age Policy. Access to all real-money gaming features on gcup4 is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 and above. This policy is enforced at registration and through periodic KYC review.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by accessing the Responsible Gaming tools in their Account settings or by contacting gcup4 support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in the blocking of all real-money gaming access for the selected duration.

12.1 gcup4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where gcup4 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account, gcup4 will, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC and fraud checks, return the verified real-money balance to the Player via the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account termination.
12.3 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting gcup4 support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding withdrawal requests will be honoured subject to standard verification procedures.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gcup4 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through gcup4's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies designated under gcup4's gaming licence.
13.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
14.1 gcup4 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 Your continued use of the gcup4 Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.3.

15.2 gcup4 operates a formal complaints procedure. Complaints are acknowledged within twenty-four (24) hours and resolved, wherever possible, within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through gcup4's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body under gcup4's gaming licence.
